【摘要】 目的 探讨微创旋切术联合中药治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法 选取80例非哺乳期肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组(抗生素+激素+传统手术)和治疗组(抗生素+激素+中药+微创旋切手术),对照组35例,治疗组45例,比较2组临床治疗效果、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平乳房外形评价和乳房外形满意程度。结果 治疗组治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(均P<0.05),复发率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后炎症反应(IL-6)改善优于对照组(P<0.05),乳房外形优良率和满意率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 微创旋切术联合中药治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎效果显著,在最大限度保持乳房外形的同时还能有效降低复发率,值得在临床中推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive rotary varicotomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis.Methods 80 patients with granulomatous mastitis were selected and divided into the control group(antibiotic+hormone+traditional surgery) and the treatment group(antibiotic+hormone+traditional Chinese medicine+minimally invasive rotary varicotomy).There were 35 patients in the control group and 45 patients in the treatment group.The clinical treatment effect,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6) and C-reactive protein(CRP),breast shape evaluation and breast shape satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results In the treatment group the cure rate and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the improvement of postoperative imflammatory response was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the rates of breast appearance excellence and satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive rotary varicotomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine has the significant effect in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis,which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate while keeping the breast shape to the maximum extent,and is worth promoting in clinical practice.更多还原
