【Abstract】 Academic postgraduates majoring in linguistics and philology have problems such as poor basic knowledge and weak innovation consciousness. The reasons are impetuous academic environment, insufficient teachers and unreasonable curriculum arrangement. Therefore, we should carry out teaching work in cultivating students’ academic passion, guiding reading classical literature, strengthening academic exchange and seminar activities, and extensively studying new research directions.更多还原
