黏胶/涤纶复合水刺印花擦拭非织造布制备及性能研究
Study on preparation and properties of viscose/polyester composite spunlaced printing wipe nonwovens
【摘要】 水刺非织造技术具有生产速度快、产品手感柔软的特点,是擦拭材料的主要加工方法之一。以黏胶纤维和涤纶为原料,采用水刺工艺与平网印花技术,制备黏胶/涤纶复合水刺印花擦拭非织造布,分析纤维原料组分与成网方式对非织造布力学性能的影响,探讨原料组分对非织造布吸湿性及耐磨性能的影响。研究结果表明,黏胶纤维与涤纶的质量比为30∶70时,所得复合非织造布具有较高的强度,较好的吸湿性与耐磨性能。
【Abstract】 Spunlaced nonwoven technology is one of the main processing methods for wiping materials due to its fast production speed and soft hand feel. Viscose/polyester composite spunlaced printing wipe nonwovens were prepared through spunlaced technique and flat screen printing technique with polyester fiber and viscose fiber as raw materials. The effects of fiber composition and web-laid methods on the mechanical properties of nonwovens was analyzed, and the effect of fiber composition on moisture absorption and wear resistance of the viscose/polyester composite spunlaced printing wipe nonwovens was investigated. The results show that when the mass ratio of viscose fiber to polyester fiber is 30∶70, the prepared composite nonwoven has high strength, good moisture absorption and wear resistance.
