不同青贮饲料对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响
Effects of Different Silages on Growth Performance, Slaughter Performance and Meat Quality of Meat Goats
【摘要】 为研究日粮中添加不同青贮饲料饲喂肉羊的效果,试验选取60只12月龄、体重相近(35.3 kg±1.5 kg)的健康荆楚黑头羊(暂定名)羯羊,随机分为4组,每组15只,A组饲粮中不添加青贮饲料(对照组),B组添加玉米秸秆青贮,C组添加全株玉米青贮,D组添加全株玉米+饲料桑青贮。试验持续70 d,预试期10 d,正试期60 d。饲喂试验结束后,进行生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质测定。结果表明:(1)B、C、D组羊的末重、平均日增重均显著或极显著高于A组(P<0.05,P<0.01),而料重比均极显著低于A组(P<0.01),C组和D组羊的平均采食量显著高于A组(P<0.05);(2)C组和D组的宰前活重、胴体重和屠宰率均显著或极显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05,P<0.01),而B组的胴体重和屠宰率均显著高于A组(P<0.05);(3)各组间羊肉的p H值、剪切力、滴水损失和熟肉率以及水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量均无显著差异(P>0.05);(4)C组和D组的n-6/n-3值极显著低于A组(P<0.01),而D组的饱和脂肪酸(SFA)占总脂肪酸的比例最低,不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)占总脂肪酸的比例最高,与A组相比均差异极显著(P<0.01)。综上说明,日粮中添加全株玉米+饲料桑青贮对肉羊的饲喂效果更佳。
【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of adding different silages to the diet on feeding mutton sheep,60 12-month-old healthy Jingchu Black-headed goats(tentatively named)with similar weight(35.3 kg±1.5 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups with15 sheep in each group. Group A did not add silage to the diet(control group),group B added corn stalk silage,group C added whole plant corn silage,and group D added whole plant corn+ mulberry leaves silage. The experiment lasted for 70 days,with a pre-test period of 10 days and a formal experiment period of 60 days. After the feeding experiment,the growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality were measured. The results showed as follows:(1) the final weight and average daily gain of group B,C and D were significantly or extremely significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05,P<0.01),while the ratio feed to gain was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.01),and the average feed intakes of group C and D were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05);(2)the live weight before slaughter,carcass weight and slaughter rate of group C and group D were significantly or extremely significantly higher than those of group A and group B(P<0.05,P<0.01),while the carcass weight and slaughter rate of group B were significantly higher than those of group A(P <0.05);(3) there was no significant difference in the p H value,shear force,drip loss,cooked meat rate,water content,crude protein,crude fat and crude ash content of meat goat among the groups(P>0.05);(4)the n-6/n-3 values in group C and group D were significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.01),while the proportion of saturated fatty acid(SFA)to total fatty acid in group D was the lowest,and the proportion of unsaturated fatty acid(UFA)to total fatty acid was the highest,which was significantly different from that in group A(P<0.01). To sum up, adding whole plant corn + mulberry leaves silage in the diet has a better feeding effect on meat goat.
