聚氨酯胶结料在路面高差修补中的应用
【摘要】 采用自制双组份聚氨酯胶结料,对软土地区高速公路桥头伸缩缝高差病害进行修补,介绍原料性能、施工设备与施工工艺,并分析聚氨酯胶结料在高差修补中的技术优势。结果表明:采用双组分聚氨酯胶结料可以实现路面高差的快速修补,施工便捷、绿色环保,修补后路面的平整度为1.05%,构造深度为1.22 mm,摩擦系数为58 BNP,渗水系数为112 mL/min。
【Abstract】 The self-made two-component polyurethane binder is used to repair the height difference disease of bridgehead expansion joint of expressway in soft soil area. The raw material properties, construction equipment and construction technology were introduced. The technical advantages of polyurethane cement in height difference repair were analyzed. The results show that the rapid repair of pavement height difference can be realized by using two-component polyurethane binder, and the construction is convenient and environmentally friendly. The smoothness of the repaired pavement is 1.05%, the structural depth is 1.22 mm,the friction coefficient is 58 BNP, and the water permeability coefficient is 112 mL/min.
