【摘要】 新农科建设对高等农林院校人才培养提出了新要求。沈阳农业大学植物保护实验教学中心自成立以来，在实验室建设与管理方面不断探索与创新，在新型人才培养中发挥了重要作用。该文以沈阳农业大学植物保护实验教学中心为例，阐述了在新农科背景下，中心在管理机制、责任体系、制度建设、实验室建设、人员队伍建设、运行体系等方面的理论基础和实践经验，以及新的工作思路和方法，对同类实验室建设与管理工作具有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of the new agricultural science has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents in agricultural and forestry colleges. Since its establishment, experimental teaching center of Plant Protection of Shenyang Agricultural University has continuously explored and innovated in laboratory construction and management, and played an important role in the cultivation of new talents. Taking a case study of the experimental teaching center of plant protection of Shenyang Agricultural University, this paper expounds the management system,responsibility system, the system construction, laboratory construction, personnel team construction, and operation system of theoretical basis and practical experience, and new ideas and methods under the background of the new agricultural science education, which has enlightening significance for the construction and management of similar laboratory.更多还原
