【摘要】 该文立足“互联网+”背景，围绕着当前我国跨境电商高素质、跨学科复合型人才严重紧缺的现状展开研究。分析产学协同育人背景下企业对跨境电商人才创业胜任力的具体要求，明确应用型高校的育人方向与课程改进方向，采用了问卷量表与李克特五级评分法，对多项岗位胜任力的关键影响指标及其重要性进行归纳，帮助企业与高校“分轻重主次”规范和重构跨境电商创业型人才培养模式。更多还原
