【Abstract】 A“course + contest”dual-track interactive mechanism of talent cultivation was developed based on the concept of“integration of entrepreneurship and professional education”. The dual-track mechanism involved the course of flipped classroom college English speaking in Shenyang University of Technology and its selection and training system for English speaking contests. Forming a four-dimensional deep integration of teaching and competition in “teaching content, practice mode, evaluation standards, and teacher team”was formed.
