新工科背景下机械类专业实践教学体系改革与探索

【摘要】 社会的进步和企业的发展,对人才需求提出了新的要求。新工科的发展明确要求培养创新实践能力强的高素质应用人才。该文以湖南工学院机械类专业应用型高素质人才培养为研究对象,通过构建一体、两翼、三层次的实践教学体系,强化实践教学过程,加强校企合作以及实践教学教师队伍的建设,为新时代中国特色社会主义建设提供高素质应用型人才。

【Abstract】 With the progress of society and the development of enterprises, new requirements have been put forward for talents. The development of new engineering education clearly requires the training of high-quality application talents with strong innovation and practice ability. This paper focuses on the cultivation of applied high-quality talents in machinery major of Hunan Institute of Technology. By building an integrated, two wing and three level practical teaching system, this paper strengthens the process of practical teaching, strengthens school enterprise cooperation and the construction of practical teaching teachers, so as to provide high-quality applied talents for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
