【摘要】 公益创业具有公益和市场的双重属性，对高校贯彻立德树人根本任务，深化“思政+专业+创业”融合的创新创业教育改革，优化“价值+知识+技能”协同的创新创业课程体系和培养融通“青春梦+强国梦+复兴梦”的时代新人具有重要意义。围绕大学生公益创业实践面临的项目造血内能不足、人才立德势能不够和社会革新动能不强等可持续发展难题，以“青年红色筑梦之旅”国奖项目为研究对象，基于程序化扎根理论，构建了以公益创业价值为“一核”，以科学创新资源、科技创业资源融通为“双轮”，以实践链、资金链和公益链螺旋推进为“三链”的大学生公益创业实践新模式，以期为大学生公益创业实践可持续发展和公益创业人才高质量培养提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since public service entrepreneurship has the dual attributes of public welfare and market, and it is of great significance for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of enhancing virtue and cultivating talents, deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education integrating “ideology and politics + specialty + entrepreneurship”, optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system integrating “value + knowledge + skill” and cultivate new generation integrating “dream of youth + dream of a powerful country + dream of revival”. Centering around the sustainable development problems faced by college students’ public service entrepreneurship practice, such as the insufficient internal energy of project hematopoiesis, the insufficient potential energy of moral cultivation and the weak kinetic energy of social innovation, taking the national award project of “young People’s Red Dream Building Tour” as the research object, and based on the procedural grounded theory, this paper constructs a new model of college students’ public service entrepreneurship practice, which takes the value of public service entrepreneurship as “one core”, science innovation resources and technology entrepreneurship resources as “two wheels”, and the practice chain, capital chain and public welfare chain as “three chains”, in order to provide theoretical reference for the sustainable development of college students’ public service entrepreneurship practice and the high-quality training of social entrepreneurship talents.更多还原
