【摘要】 随着经济全球化的深入发展，各国创业机遇与挑战并存。基于现有文献关于组合创业者行为影响因素研究的不足，选取解释结构模型(ISM模型)，以埃隆·马斯克为研究对象进行实证分析，构建了组合创业者行为影响因素的五级递阶结构模型。通过分析各因素之间的层次关系，得出了迁移学习能力是组合创业成功的基础、冒险精神是组合创业成功的关键、详细的创业计划是组合创业成功的根本保障以及创业激情是创业行为的驱动力等结论，丰富了现有的创业理论，为进行组合创业的创业者提供了理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of economic globalization, there are both opportunities and challenges for entrepreneurship in various countries. Based on the deficiency of existing literature on the factors influencing the behavior of portfolio entrepreneurs, this paper selects the interpretive structure model(ISM model), takes Elon Musk as the research object for empirical analysis, and constructs a five-level hierarchical structure model of the factors affecting the behavior of portfolio entrepreneurs. By analyzing the hierarchical relationship between the factors, it is concluded that the transfer learning ability is the foundation of the success of portfolio entrepreneurship, the spirit of adventure is the key, the detailed entrepreneurial plan is the fundamental guarantee, and the entrepreneurial passion is the driving force of entrepreneurial behavior.
