【摘要】 近年来家庭肠内营养（HEN）的安全性和便捷性得到较大发展，在临床的应用率逐步提高并已成为一种可靠且有效的营养干预措施。本文对近年来国内外对于家庭肠内营养的卫生经济学的评价研究进行了梳理总结，进一步探讨HEN在成本效果、成本效用和其他卫生经济学评价结果方面是否具备优势，从而对卫生政策和决策的制定提供依据。目前，较多研究支持HEN有助于减少再入院率并减少医疗费用，提高病人的生活质量。HEN成为营养支持及社会医疗改革值得关注及发展的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The safety and convenience of home enteral nutrition(HEN) have been greatly developed in recent years. Its clinical application has gradually increased and it has become a reliable and effective nutritional intervention.This review summarizes the evaluation research on the health economics of home enteral nutrition, so as to further explore whether HEN has advantages in terms of cost-effectiveness, cost-effectiveness and other health economics evaluation results, and provide a basis for the formulation of health policy and decision-making. At present, many studies support that HEN can help reduce readmission rates and medical costs, and improve the quality of life of patients.
