基于JWL-Miller状态方程非理想炸药水中爆炸载荷模拟
Numerical simulation of underwater explosion load produced by nonideal explosives based on JWL-Miller equation of state
【摘要】 为研究非理想炸药水中爆炸载荷特性,利用LS-DYNA软件的S-ALE算法,构建了基于JWL-Miller状态方程的非理想炸药水中爆炸载荷数值计算模型,分析了非理想炸药水中爆炸载荷特性。采用正交试验法研究了Miller后燃模型参数对爆炸载荷特性影响敏感性。通过数值计算与试验结果的对比研究,组合匹配了RS211含铝炸药的Miller模型参数,并进行了模型验证与推广应用。结果表明:JWL-Miller状态方程适用于非理想炸药水中爆炸载荷模拟,典型工况RS211含铝炸药水中爆炸冲击波压力峰值与气泡脉动周期数值计算结果与试验结果误差小于10%;研究所得方法、模型以及参数可为相关水中兵器战斗部爆炸威力分析及其优化设计提供支撑。
【Abstract】 To study on the underwater explosion load produced by nonideal explosives, the computing models of underwater explosion load produced by nonideal explosives with JWL-Miller stateequation are constructed based on S-ALE algorithm of LS-DYNA software, and the load characteristics of underwater explosion are analyzed. The influence sensitivity of the underwater explosion load produced by parameters of Miller afterburn model is studied based on orthogonal test method. Through the results comparison of simulation and experiment, the parameters of miller model are matched. The computing models are verified and applied, and the results show that the JWL-Miller state equation is appropriate for simulation of the underwater explosion load produced by nonideal explosives. The error between the numerical results and the experimental results of the shock wave pressure peak and bubble pulsation period produced by typical RS211 explosive in water is less than 10%. The methods, models and parameters obtained can provide support for the explosive power analysis and optimization design of relevant underwater weapon warhead.
