基于ADAMS的枪榴弹发射环境研究

【摘要】 在研究预刻槽弹带弹丸发射环境时,以某35 mm枪榴弹为基础,利用Solidworks软件构建了枪榴弹身管、弹体及引信离心保险机构模型,装配后导入ADAMS软件,建立了枪榴弹发射动力学模型。在ADAMS软件中建立发射环境后,模拟弹丸在膛内运动过程,得到了弹丸膛内运动的部分参数,并仿真得到离心保险机构解除保险时间。分析仿真结果得到离心保险机构在发射后效期结束后解除保险,符合引信设计要求,该研究为引信机构仿真提供了参考。

【Abstract】 When studying the launching environment of a pre-carved projectile belt, this paper constructs centrifugal safety mechanism models of the grenade barrel, the projectile body and the fuze based on a 35 mm gun grenade through Solid works. After assembly, the launching dynamics model of the gun grenade is established by importing ADAMS software. After the launching environment is established in ADAMS software, the motion process of the projectile in the bore is simulated, some parameters of the motion of the projectile in the bore are obtained, and the arming time of the centrifugal safety mechanism is simulated. The simulation results show that the centrifugal safety mechanism is released after the expiration of the launch after-effect period, which meets the fuze design requirements and provides a reference for fuze mechanism simulation.
