火炮膛内压力分布及测压器布设的分析

【摘要】 针对目前采用膛内某一点位置处的压力变化近似代替膛压变化规律存在一定误差的问题,提出了利用LS-DYNA软件对85 mm口径某火炮的膛压进行数值分析,观察火药在药室中燃烧的气体压力云图来确定测压器的位置。研究表明:膛内不同位置处的压力变化情况相差较大,根据压力云图选择特征点,以代表同一区域范围的压力变化情况,在考虑经济成本前提下,找出4个最佳测试点,并利用拟合公式预测其余特征点的压力变化情况。

【Abstract】 At present, there is a certain error in approximately replacing the pressure change rules of a bore with the pressure change at a certain point in a chamber.Therefore, this paper proposes to use LS-DYNA software to conduct a numerical analysis on the bore pressure of an 85mm-caliber gun and observes the gas pressure cloud image of the powder burning in a chamber to determine the position of the pressure gauge. The research shows that the pressure changes at different positions in the bore are quite different. The characteristic points are selected according to the pressure cloud image to represent the pressure changes in the same area. With a consideration of economic cost, four optimal test points are found out, and the fitting formula is used to predict the pressure changes of the other characteristic points.
