智能手枪自发电装置设计仿真

【摘要】 传统枪械采用机械撞击原理实现射击功能。为实现枪械的智能化、信息化,防止误触发,对枪械机械结构进行机电化改造是必经之路,其中电路供电是首要解决的问题。采用感应击发原理,在套筒位置用微型直线电机替代击针部分,扣动扳机后线圈组件切割磁感应线产生电压实现手枪的电路供电。综合考虑手枪套筒内空间、线圈感应电压、钽电容充电时间,通过COMSOL Multiphysics电磁仿真得到活塞组件运动行程为14 mm时为最佳距离。

【Abstract】 Traditional firearms use the principle of mechanical impact to achieve shooting function. In order to realize intelligence and informatization of firearms and prevent accidental triggering, mechanical transformation of the mechanical structure of firearms is a necessary step, of which circuit power supply is the primary problem to be solved. By using the principle of induction firing, this paper designs an experiment to replace the firing pin part with a miniature linear motor at the socket, and use coil assembly to cut a magnetic induction wire after the trigger is pulled to generate voltage to realize circuit power supply of a pistol.Considering the inner space of the pistol socket, the induced voltage of the coil and the charging time of the tantalum capacitor, the optimal distance is obtained by COMSOL Multiphysics electromagnetic simulation when the piston assembly has a motion stroke of 14 mm.
