新型滚子动不平衡量测量装置振动系统的模态特性分析
Modal Characteristic Analysis on Vibration System of New Measuring Device for Dynamic Unbalance of Rollers
【摘要】 圆柱滚子有质量小和不平衡量微小等特点,不平衡量的测量难度较大,目前的测量方法为接触式测量,对滚子表面有损伤且测量结果不精确。设计了一种新型小质量圆柱滚子动不平衡量无损测量装置,构建了振动系统动力学模型,分别用理论、仿真计算和试验定量测量了4种刚度系数下的振动系统模态参数。理论、仿真与试验得出的固有频率极差最高为2.4%,验证了振动系统动力学模型的准确性。
【Abstract】 The cylindrical rollers have small mass and tiny unbalance, so it is difficult to measure the unbalance. The current measuring method is contact measurement, which damages the roller surfaces and the measuring result is not accurate enough. A new nondestructive measuring device for dynamic unbalance of cylindrical rollers with small mass is designed, and the dynamic model of vibration system is constructed. The modal parameters of vibration system under four stiffness coefficients are calculated by theory, simulation and measured quantitatively by experiment. The maximum difference between natural frequencys obtained by theory, simulation and experiment is 2.4%, verifying the accuracy of dynamic model of vibration system.
