有机肥对薤白生长及主要药用成分积累的影响

【摘要】 以薤白为试验材料,采用不同水平的商品有机肥处理研究其对薤白生长及药用成分积累的影响。结果表明:施用300 kg/km~2商品有机肥(Y300)时更有利于薤白的生长;施用相对高水平的商品有机肥(Y300、Y400)对薤白体内黄酮、皂苷的积累具有显著的促进效果;相对高水平商品有机肥(Y200,Y300)有利于多糖积累;对于薤白体内POD、PPO两种保护酶的活性,施用浓度为300 kg/km~2的有机肥(Y300)具有显著提升效果,而相对较高水平商品有机肥(Y200、Y300、Y400)有利于PAL活性的提升。综合薤白生长情况、药用成分的积累和酶活性变化来看,相对较高水平的商品有机肥(Y300)处理的效果最好。

【Abstract】 The effect of commercial organic fertilizer on the growth and accumulation of medicinal components was studied with different levels of commercial organic fertilizer.The results show that the application of 300 kg/km~2 commercial organic fertilizer(Y300) is more conducive to the growth of whitening; the application of relatively high-level commercial organic fertilizer(Y300,Y400) has a significant promotion effect on the accumulation of flavonoids and saponins in the white body; and the relatively high level of commercial organic fertilizer(Y200,Y300) is conducive to the accumulation of polysaccharides.For the activity of POD and PPO protective enzymes in the white body, organic fertilizers(Y300) with a concentration of 300 kg/km~2 have a significant improvement effect, while relatively high levels of commercial organic fertilizers(Y200,Y300,Y400) have It is conducive to the improvement of PAL activity.From the perspective of comprehensive growth, accumulation of medicinal ingredients and changes in enzyme activity, relatively high-level commercial organic fertilizer(Y300) has the best treatment effect.
