数字基础设施赋能城乡融合发展的机制研究
Research on the mechanism of digital infrastructure enabling urban-rural integration development
【摘要】 城乡融合发展既是解决发展不平衡问题的当下之需,亦是谋求全体人民共同富裕的长远之策。借助面板双固定效应模型和面板平滑转换回归模型,探究了数字基础设施对城乡融合发展的影响。研究发现,数字基础设施能有效赋能城乡融合发展,尤其对空间融合、经济融合和生态融合的影响更显著。异质性分析表明,数字基础设施对城乡融合发展的赋能效应在欠发达地区、农业现代化高水平地区和非粮食主产区更显著。作用机制分析表明,数字基础设施通过提升技术创新水平、打破地理空间局限、增强乡村人力资本三条途径赋能城乡融合发展。非线性调节分析表明,随着市场化水平、信息对称程度、交易效率与科技水平的提升,数字基础设施对城乡融合发展的赋能作用不断减弱。
【Abstract】 The urban-rural integration development is not only the immediate need to solve the problem of unbalanced development, but also a long-term solution to achieve common prosperity for all people. This paper explores the impact mechanism of digital infrastructure on urban-rural integration with the help of the panel dual fixed effect model and the panel smooth transformation regression model. The findings are as follows: digital infrastructure can effectively promote the integration of urban and rural development, especially the impact on spatial integration, economic integration and ecological integration. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the enabling effect of digital infrastructure on urban-rural integration development is more significant in less developed areas, areas with high levels of agricultural modernization and non-grain producing areas. The analysis of the mechanism of action shows that digital infrastructure can promote the urban-rural integration development through three channels: improving the level of technological innovation, breaking the geographical space limitation, and enhancing rural human capital. The analysis of nonlinear adjustment mechanism shows that with the improvement of marketization level, information symmetry degree, transaction efficiency and scientific and technological level, the enabling effect of digital infrastructure on the urban-rural integration development level is weakened.
