施肥量对草本桑产量与叶质的影响
Effect of Fertilizer Amounts on the Leaf Yield and Leaf Quality of Herbaceous Mulberry
【摘要】 为构建适合于草本化栽培杂交桑园的施肥技术,以4年生草本桑(‘桂桑优12号’)为研究对象,每期施用复合肥(含N 22.5%、N∶P∶K为10∶5∶5)7.5~75 kg/667 m~2,探讨了不同施肥量对条桑产量及叶质的影响。结果表明,条桑产量随着施肥量增加而增加,多肥区比少肥区增产12.2%~19.2%;全茧量和茧层量呈先增加后下降的变化趋势,而茧层率之间未见明显差异,增施磷肥对提高茧质有一定的效果;桑叶含水量、蛋白质与可溶性糖含量也表现出随施肥量增加而增加的倾向。在本试验条件下,草本化栽培杂交桑园以每期每667 m~2施加复合肥45~60kg(纯N 10~13.5 kg)为宜,有利于实现优质高产的目标。
【Abstract】 To develop fertilization techniques suitable for herbaceous cultivation of hybrid mulberry, the study focused on the herbaceous mulberry(’Guisangyou 12’) and investigated the effects of different fertilization amounts on shoot mulberry yield and leaf quality. Compound fertilizer(containing 22.5% N, with an N∶P∶K ratio of 10∶5∶5) was applied at amounts ranging from 7.5 to 75 kg/667 m~2. The results showed that shoot mulberry yield increased with increasing fertilization amounts, with a 12.2%~19.2% increase in the higher fertilization groups compared to the fewer fertilization groups. Whole cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight exhibited a trend of initial increase followed by decrease, while there was no significant difference in cocoon shell ratio. Additional phosphorus fertilizer had a certain effect on improving cocoon quality. The water content, protein content and soluble sugar content of mulberry leaves also tended to increase with increasing fertilization amounts. Under the conditions of this experiment, for herbaceous cultivation of hybrid mulberry, it is recommended to apply 45~60 kg/667 m~2 of compound fertilizer(with pure N content of 10~13.5 kg/667 m~2) per period to achieve the target of high-quality and high-yield production.
