【摘要】 建设新时代文明实践中心是以习近平同志为核心的党中央为加强基层思想政治工作、夯实党的执政基础作出的重大部署。以文明实践赋能基层治理现代化，在逻辑理路上体现了对马克思主义文明观的赓续发展、对中华优秀传统文化中治理思想的时代传承以及对中国共产党基层治理实践的经验升华。新时代文明实践赋能基层治理现代化的价值原点是实现人的现代化、价值目标是提高全社会文明程度、价值考量是提升善治善成的基层治理水平。因此，从完善体制机制、强化理论武装、聚力文化振兴和推进移风易俗四个方面，着力提高人民群众文明素养，以助力新时代文明实践赋能基层治理现代化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The initiative of civilization practice centers in the new era is a major deployment made by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core so as to strengthen grass-roots ideological and political work and consolidate the foundation of the Party’s governance. The modernization of grass-roots governance empowered by civilization practice reflects the ongoing development of the Marxist concept of civilization, the inheritance of traditional Chinese governance ideas, and the sublimation of the CPC’s grass-roots governance practices. Its value origin is to realize the modernization of human beings, its value goal is to improve the social civilization, and its value consideration is to enhance the great governance and capabilities at grass-roots level. As such, efforts can be made to improve people’s civilization and thus facilitate to modernize grass-roots governance through improving its institutions and mechanisms, strengthening theoretical armament, focusing on cultural revitalization, and advancing the promotion of customs and habits.更多还原
