【摘要】 中国城市交通规划年会是中国城市交通领域学术思想活跃、影响广泛的重要会议。2023年中国城市交通规划年会以“韧性交通：品质与服务”为主题，聚焦构建高品质服务的韧性交通系统，呈现多元研究内容和思想交锋。会议重点关注应对气候变化的城市交通规划、城市更新与交通治理、交通大数据技术研发与应用、智慧交通管理实践、存量阶段交通设施品质与运营服务提升、货运发展、健步悦骑等议题。本届年会由中国城市规划学会城市交通规划专业委员会主办、西安市城市规划设计研究院承办、长安大学协办，是1979年成立以来的第35次年会。

【Abstract】 The China Urban Transportation Planning Annual Conference is an important event with active academic thinking and wide-range influence in the field of urban transportation in China. With the theme of“Resilient Transportation System: Quality and Service”, the 2023 annual conference focuses on creating a resilient transportation system with high-quality service, which presents diverse research contents and intellectual exchanges. The Conference emphasizes key discussion topics, such as urban transport planning for climate change, urban renewal and traffic management, research, development and application of big transportation data, intelligent traffic management, enhancing the quality of existing transportation facilities and services, freight development, and non-motorized transportation. Organized by the Urban Transportation Planning Academic Committee of Urban Planning Society of China and co-hosted by the Xi’an City Planning & Design Institute and Chang’an University, this is the 35th annual conference since the establishment of the committee in 1979.
