【摘要】 军士是我国新型军事人才队伍的重要组成部分，是部队练兵备战、教育管理、装备操作与维护的骨干力量，被誉为“军中脊梁”。当前，我国高职院校定向军士培养存在的协同育人机制不够健全、培养定位不够精准、人才培养的适应性不够强等问题，制约了人才培养质量提升和战斗力提高。为有效破解上述难题，应以习主席强军思想为指引，开展定向军士培养模式改革，建立“三融合”机制、明确人才培养定位、开展本科层次的定向军士培养试点、实行“九对接”的培养路径、建立健全相关配套政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The directional non-commissioned officers are an important part of China’s new military talent team, and also the main power of military training and preparation, education and management, equipment operation and maintenance, who are known as “the backbone of the army”. At present, there are some problems in the directional non-commissioned officers training in China’s higher vocational colleges, such as the lack of sound cooperative education mechanism, the lack of accurate training positioning, and the lack of adaptability of talent training, which restricts the improvement of talent cultivation quality and the fighting capacity.
