【摘要】 本文基于土地财政和资本的循环、收入的分配等机制，采取文献分析法、政策文本解析法等方法，分析国土空间规划与共同富裕、社会公平的内在关系，解析相关理论、政策和技术等对国土空间规划促进共同富裕和社会公平的要求与启示，进而明确国土空间规划促进共同富裕和社会公平的具体途径。研究认为:基于土地财政和土地金融的发展模式，以土地及其关联要素、空间建成环境等的配置为起点，通过资本的一次或多次循环和收入的一次或多次分配两个机制的作用，国土空间规划与共同富裕和社会公平之间形成了特定的互动关联和传导机制；人类命运共同体思想与“城市人”理论倡导的自存与共存平衡理念对国土空间规划确立有利于促进共同富裕和社会公平的规划目标具有一定的指导和借鉴作用；现行国土空间规划体系的内容安排较好地考虑了共同富裕和社会公平的相关原则和要求，需要在具体的规划编制和管理中予以有效落实和体现。基于此，国土空间规划无论从理论、逻辑层面还是政策技术层面都可以影响共同富裕和社会公平，需要充分重视和发挥国土空间规划的这一作用。更多还原
