【摘要】 公园城市示范区建设重在深度探索人城自然和谐共生的发展路径，其中自然生态系统在城市空间中的生态价值提升与转化是实现城市整体价值最优的重要方法。对公园城市生态价值的认知，不仅要关注其在承载支持、产品供给、环境调节等方面的自然生态本底价值，更要关注其在经济、社会、文化等方面的生态空间价值的外溢与转化。为实现生态价值转化，尤其是外致价值的最大化，要对城园空间关系进行优化配置。论文基于价值转化原理，探讨自然生态本底价值提升和生态空间外致价值转化两个方面的实现路径，提出城园耦合城市设计方法，并以成都天府中央商务区城市设计为例做详细阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of park city demonstration zones focuses on exploring the development path of harmonious coexistence of people, city, and nature, in which promoting and transforming the ecological value of natural ecosystems in urban space is an important method to realize the optimal value of the city as a whole.To recognize the ecological value of the park city,we should not only pay attention to its natural ecological background value in terms of support,product supply, environmental regulation, etc.,but also pay more attention to the spillover and transformation of its ecological spatial value in terms of economy, society, and culture. In order to realize the transformation of ecological value,especially the maximization of exogenous value,it is necessary to optimize the spatial relationship between city and park. Based on the principle of value transformation, the paper discusses the realization paths of natural ecological background value enhancement and ecological spatial exogenous value transformation, and proposes the method of city-park coupling urban design, which is elaborated with the example of urban design of Tianfu Central Business District in Chengdu.更多还原
