【Abstract】 For cities and areas in the process of urban renewal, detailed spatial control of underground space has become the focus of underground land administration and urban sustainable development. With the objective to address a series of problems that make the existing underground space control method cannot meet the urban renewal development requirements, this paper puts forward a detailed control method of underground space in urban renewal areas based on development value monetarization. It not only overcomes the subjective bias in the assessment of development value potential, but also improves efficacy and applicability of underground space spatial control, which provides a certain reference for the planning of underground space in urban renewal areas.更多还原
