【摘要】 在公园城市的背景下，社区生活圈作为城市生活空间的重要组成部分，亟需向“公园社区”进行转变。研究了在居住街坊中“以高度换广度”带来增绿的可能性。通过量化研究发现，在居住街坊容积率保持不变的情况下，住宅高度100m比80m的布局人均绿地至少增加1m~2/人，集中绿地总面积增加1500～4600m~2。指出城市建设中应反思以往“重物轻人”的建设思维谬误，将“公园社区”作为公园城市的基本单元，将“以人民为中心”的基本价值观和目标内化于未来的住区建设中。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of the Park City, there is an urgent need to transform the Neighborhood Life Circle, an integral part of the living space, into a “Park Community”. The article investigates the possibility of increasing green space by “exchanging” —“height for width” in neighborhood blocks. It is found through quantitative studies that, with the floor area ratio unchanged, the per capita green space in neighborhood blocks with a residential height of 100m can increase by at least 1m~2 per capita compared to a layout of 80m, and the total area of concentrated green space can be increased by 1500～4600 m~2.The article argues that it is important to rethink the fallacy of the current thinking on the residential areas construction that emphasizes on things over people, take the “Park Community” as the basic unit of the Park City and to internalize the basic values and goals of “human-oriented” in the future construction of residential areas.更多还原
