STEAM教育视域下高职创新型人才培养:应然、实然与必然

【摘要】 在新时代,国家高度重视创新型人才培养,持续加大政策供给,为创新型人才培养提供了良好的外部环境,从而有效提升了高职院校人才培养的质量。然而,在高职院校人才培养过程中依然存在校企合作深度有待提升、课程建设囿于学科壁垒、创新教育师资力量不足的现实困境。具有多元主体、跨学科、“做中学”等本质特征,以培养学生创新能力为核心价值的STEAM教育能为创新型人才培养指明方向。在STEAM视域下提出了构建协同育人共同体、促进跨学科课程发展、建立创新型师资队伍的必然之路,以破解人才培养面临的实然之困,着力提升高职院校创新型人才培养的能力和水平。

【Abstract】 In the new era, China attaches great importance to the cultivation of innovative talents, continues to increase policy supply, and provides a good external environment for the cultivation of innovative talents, thus effectively improving the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges. However, there are still some practical difficulties in the process of talent training in higher vocational colleges, such as the depth of school-enterprise cooperation to be improved, curriculum construction limited by subject barriers, and the lack of innovative education teachers. With the essential characteristics of multi-subject, interdisciplinary and “learning by doing”, STEAM education with the core value of cultivating students’ innovative ability can point out the direction for the cultivation of innovative talents. From the perspective of STEAM, the inevitable way to build a collaborative education community, promote the development of interdisciplinary courses and establish an innovative teaching staff is proposed, so as to solve the practical difficulties faced by talent training and focus on improving the ability and level of innovative talent training in higher vocational colleges.
