【摘要】 现阶段社区教育资源整合存在参与主体缺失、配套政策举措缺乏、理论研究不足等制约因素。从融合发展理念视角出发，借助社会交换理论、跨部门合作理论、融合发展理论等社会学、管理学和经济学理论成果，提出社区教育资源整合分三个阶段的观点，即以社会交换理论开启资源整合起步阶段、以跨部门合作理论推进资源整合深化阶段、以融合发展理论指引资源整合成熟阶段。应用实践案例表明，在这一框架下构建资源整合的实现路径是可行、有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the integration of community education resources is restricted by such factors as the lack of participants, the lack of supporting policies and measures, and the lack of theoretical research. From the perspective of the concept of integrated development, this paper puts forward the view of three stages of community education resource integration with the help of social exchange theory, cross-sectoral cooperation theory, integrated development theory and other theoretical achievements of sociology, management and economics, that is, the social exchange theory is used to start the initial stage of resource integration, the cross-sectoral cooperation theory is used to promote the deepening stage of resource integration, and the integrated development theory is used to guide the advanced stage of resource integration. The application case shows that it is feasible and effective to build the realization path of resource integration under this framework.更多还原
