【摘要】 该文以重庆石马河街道TOD方案设计为例，基于空间句法理论，从街道和场地角度分析TOD站域空间的可达性、场地内部空间的可视性和场地人群分布，以此来探究场地与周边道路系统的联系程度、挖掘场地空间的发展潜力。对于尺度大、功能复杂、人群流通量大的TOD综合体来说，实地调研不能准确描述空间结构与人群流线的复杂性，而空间句法理论相关的实践则聚焦于空间分析，能准确地从不同视角来对场地空间进行深度分析。Depth map软件分析结果显示：场地步行系统存在缺陷，道路连通性较弱，空间具有割裂感，为策略制定和方案设计提供了依据。这种空间分析方法可供类似设计参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the spatial syntax theory, and from the perspective of street and site, this paper analyzed the accessibility of the TOD station-area space, the visibility of the internal space of the site, the distribution of people at the site, so as to explore the degree of connection between the site and the surrounding road system and the development potential of the site space in accordance with the TOD design case of Shimahe street in Chongqing. For TOD complexes with a large scale, complex functions, and a large crowd circulation, field investigation cannot accurately describe the complexity of the spatial structure and crowd flow, while the practice related to spatial syntax theory focuses on spatial analysis, which can precisely analyze the site space in depth from different perspectives. Through the analysis of Depth map, it’s found that there are defects in the pedestrian system, with poor road connectivity, and fragmented space on the site,which provide a basis for strategy making and design scheme.
