山地城市高边坡工程勘察管理与技术质量问题探讨

【摘要】 山地城市地质环境复杂,城市建设形成的大量高边坡的稳定性直接影响到人民的生命与财产安全。为加强高边坡管控,国家与地方颁布了一系列标准,高边坡工程的相关技术水平得到了很大的提升。但经过近十年工程实践,高边坡工程勘察管理与技术上暴露出了一系列问题,导致边坡工程质量管控风险增大。该文从高边坡勘察管理制度现状入手、对高边坡工程勘察工作中存在的管理与技术质量问题进行总结,在此基础上对管理与技术问题形成和环境进行研究并给出了相应的建议,以期为工程技术人员和政府监督部门有关人员提供借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】 A mountainous city often has a complicated geological environment, and a wealth of high slopes form during its urban construction, which directly affects the citizens’ life and property safety. In order to strengthen the management of these high slopes,the national and local governments have issued a series of standards,and the technical level of high slope engineering has been greatly improved. However, after nearly ten years of engineering practice,a series of problems emerged in the survey management and techniques of high slope engineering, lifting the risk of quality control in slope engineering. This paper, starting from the current high slope survey management system, summarizes the management and technical quality problems existing in the survey work, and presents corresponding suggestions for the formation causes and atmosphere of these problems, in hope of providing reference for the engineers,technicians and the relevant personnel of the government supervision department.
