【摘要】 2008年钟鼓楼片区经过规范化整治，就现状看公共空间及第五立面遗留问题未及彻底处理，在历史街区肌理稳定的当下，历史街区整体化改造更多在于院内院外工作联动，开展兼顾表里的精细化提升，深度实施现实各类风貌问题的彻底解决。该文回顾了钟鼓楼片区历史，分析了当地公共空间特点及现状问题，最后提出改造原则，并从建筑风貌、公共空间两个方面提供了改造的精细化策略，可供同类项目参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2008, the Zhonggulou block underwent standardized renovation, but the remaining problems in the public space and fifth facade were not thoroughly addressed seen today. Currently historical blocks have stable texture, so their integrated transformation calls for the linkage of internal and external work to implement refined improvement for both the exterior and interior, thereby thoroughly solve the various problems in style. This paper reviews the history of the Zhonggulou block, analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of local public spaces, and finally proposes renovation principles, providing refined strategies for the renovation from two aspects: architectural style and public space, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.更多还原
