【摘要】 从山东潍坊地区以包涵体肝炎为病变特征的发病蛋鸡中采集病料，通过接种7日龄SPF鸡胚分离到1株病毒，经PCR检测、测序分析、进化树分析和血清中和试验鉴定，确定为血清8b型禽腺病毒。将该病毒通过肌肉注射接种14日龄SPF鸡，结果仅部分试验鸡出现肝脏轻微坏死变性，这与临床中发病鸡肝脏明显坏死甚至破裂并不相符，分析可能与饲养条件、管理水平、鸡的品种和日龄、药物使用等方面有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The diseased materials were collected from laying chicken with inclusion body hepatitis as the pathological feature in Weifang, Shandong Province. A virus strain was isolated from 7-day-old SPF chicken embryos,and identified as serum 8b avian adenovirus by PCR detection, sequencing analysis, evolutionary tree analysis and serum neutralization test. The virus was inoculated into 14-day-old SPF chickens by intramuscular injection.The results showed that only some of the experimental chickens had slight liver necrosis and degeneration, which was not consistent with the obvious liver necrosis or even rupture of the diseased chicken in clinical practice. This may be related to the feeding conditions, management level, chicken breeds and age, and drug use.更多还原
