乏燃料干法后处理电解反应器结构材料研究进展
Research progress in structural materials of the electrolytic reflning container for dry reprocessing of spent fuel
【摘要】 熔盐电解是乏燃料干法后处理技术的核心单元,该单元设备服役工况涉及高温(≥500℃)、氯化物熔盐、液态金属镉和气氛等耦合腐蚀,腐蚀环境复杂、苛刻,这对反应器的选材带来巨大的挑战。本文主要对电解反应器结构材料的腐蚀工况进行分析和对反应器结构材料的研究进展进行概述,最后对反应器结构材料的研究方向进行展望。
【Abstract】 Molten salt electrolysis is the vital unit of dry reprocessing technology for spent fuel. The corrosion environment of this unit is complex and harsh, involving a coupling corrosion such as high temperature( ≥ 500℃), chloride molten salt,liquid metal cadmium and atmosphere, etc., which brings great challenges to the material selection of the container. In this paper, the corrosion conditions of container structural materials are analyzed and the research progress in container structural materials is summarized. Finally, the research direction of the container structural materials is prospected.
