【摘要】 以生态文明先行示范区作为一项准自然实验，利用2006—2019年城市面板数据，建立双重差分模型，考察生态文明先行示范区政策对城市碳排放效率的影响及其机制。研究发现，生态文明先行示范区政策能够显著提高城市碳排放效率，该结论在经过平行趋势检验、安慰剂检验和排除其他政策干扰等一系列稳健性测试后仍然成立。异质性分析结果显示，对于老工业基地城市、非资源型城市、大城市以及行政等级较高城市，生态文明先行示范区政策的增效降碳效果更显著。作用机制检验结果表明，生态文明先行示范区政策主要通过推动产业结构升级和绿色技术创新促进了城市碳排放效率的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the ecological civilization advanced demonstration zone as a quasi-natural experiment, a difference-in-difference model is set up to examine the impact of the ecological civilization advanced demonstration zone policy on urban carbon emission efficiency and its mechanism using urban panel data from 2006 to 2019. It has found that the ecological civilization advanced demonstration zone policy can significantly improve urban carbon emission efficiency, and this conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests such as the parallel trend test, the placebo test, and the exclusion of other policy interferences. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the efficiency-enhancing and carbon-reducing effects of the ecological civilization advanced demonstration zone policy are more significant for cities with old industrial bases, non-resource cities, large cities, and cities with higher administrative levels. The results of the mechanism of action test show that the policy of the ecological civilization demonstration zone promotes the improvement of urban carbon emission efficiency mainly through promoting industrial structure upgrading and green technology innovation.更多还原
