光固化巯基含氟聚氨酯的合成与性能
Synthesis and Characterization of Photocured Sulfhydryl Fluorinated Polyurethane
【摘要】 以全氟聚醚醇(PFPE)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、双(3-巯基丙酸)乙二醇(E23)为原料合成了一种巯基含氟聚氨酯,将其作为低聚物加入到光固化体系中,以三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)和全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯(PFHEA)作为活性稀释剂。研究了巯基含氟聚氨酯含量对光固化体系氧阻聚的影响,同时对固化膜的接触角、耐盐性、热稳定性及涂膜机械性能等进行了表征。结果表明:巯基含氟聚氨酯的加入能有效降低固化膜表面的氧阻聚效应,提高凝胶率。低聚物用量9.6%时,固化膜的综合性能较好,其凝胶率可达99%,吸水率7%,水接触角115.8°,铅笔硬度3H,同时具有较好的柔韧性和附着力。
【Abstract】 A kind of sulfhydryl fluoropolurethane was synthesized from perfluoropolyether alcohol(PFPE), isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) and 1,2-ethylene glycolbis(3-mercrptopropionate), then added it into the photocuring system as oligomer, at the same time, using trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA) and pelofluorohexyl ethyl acrylate(PFHEA) as active diluents.The effect of sulfhydryl content on the oxygen resistance of photocuring system was studied, and the contact angle, salt resistance, thermal stability and mechanical properties of curing film were characterized.The results showed that the addition of sulfhydryl fluoroplurethane can effectively reduce the oxygen resistance effect on the solidified film surface and improve the gel rate.When the oligomer dosage was 9.6%, the comprehensive performance of the solidified film was good, its gel rate could reach 99%, the water absorption rate was 7%, the water contact angle was 115.8°, the pencil hardness was 3H, and had good flexibility and adhesion.
