基于衣康酸的动态聚合物的研究进展
Dynamic Polymers Based on Itaconic Acid: a Review
【摘要】 以生物基平台化合物为原料的动态聚合物的发展弥补了热固性聚合物不可重复利用的缺陷,同时实现了对化石资源的有效替代,达到了可持续发展的要求。衣康酸作为美国能源部确定的12种具有高附加值的生物基平台化学品之一,在同类物质中具有价格较低、产量较高的特点,已成为化学合成工业与化工生产的重要原料,基于衣康酸的的动态聚合物受到研究者的关注。本文从合成路线、制备方法以及聚合物性能等方面详细介绍了基于衣康酸的动态聚合物的最新研究进展,展望了基于衣康酸的动态聚合物未来可能的发展方向,将为实现热固性材料的循环利用和可持续发展提供有益参考。
【Abstract】 The development of dynamic polymers from bio-based platform compounds may dissolve the problem in the recycle of thermosetting polymers, and also may replace the fossil resources to meet the requirements of sustainable development. Itaconic acid, which has been recognized as one of the 12 high-value bio-based platform chemicals by the U.S. Department of Energy, possessed the advantage on relatively low cost and high production comparing with other substances, thus becoming as an important recourse in chemical synthesis and industry production. Consequently, the dynamic polymers based on itaconic acid have attracted considerable research interests. This paper provides a detailed overview of the latest research progress about itaconic acid-based dynamic polymers including synthesis routes, preparation methods, and properties. The possible future developments of the dynamic polymer based on itaconic acid is discussed as well. It may supply a useful reference for the development of recyclable and sustainable thermosetting materials.
