【摘要】 壮大新型农村集体经济、推进产业融合发展是促进农民农村共同富裕的必然选择和有效途径。基于新型农村集体经济、产业融合发展促进农民农村共同富裕的作用机理,利用2009—2020年30个省份的面板数据实证分析新型农村集体经济、产业融合发展对农民农村共同富裕的影响。研究结果表明:(1)从富裕维度看,新型农村集体经济、产业融合发展兼具经济效应和社会效应,能够显著提升农村整体富裕水平;从共享维度看,能够有效缩小城乡差距,提高共享水平。替代变量与内生性处理的稳健性检验均支持了这一结论。(2)新型农村集体经济不仅能通过产业融合发展中介变量对农民农村共同富裕施加间接影响,而且与产业融合发展形成联动,互促互进联合助推农民农村共同富裕。(3)基层组织治理能力和集体经济经营模式均关系到农村集体经济的发展状况,影响集体经济对农民农村共同富裕的驱动效果。(4)农村集体产权制度改革绩效评价显示新型农村集体经济能够有效防止两极分化、缩小城乡差距。据此,应当继续深化农村集体产权制度改革,创新集体经济经营模式;推动农村产业融合发展,发挥集体经济与产业融合发展的联动效应;不断完善农村基层组织治理结构,推动乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Strengthening the new rural collective economy and promoting the integrated development of industries are the inevitable choice and effective way to promote the common prosperity of farmers in rural areas.Based on the mechanism that new rural collective economy and industrial integration development promote the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,the panel data of 30provinces from 2009 to 2020 is used to empirically analyze the influence of new rural collective economy and industrial integration development on the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.The research results show that:(1) From the perspective of affluence,the new rural collective economy and industrial integration development has both economic and social effects,which can significantly improve the overall affluence level of rural areas.From the sharing dimension,it can effectively narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and improve sharing.The robustness tests of substitution variables and endogeneity treatments support this conelusion.(2) The new rural collective economy can not only exert indirect influence on the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas through the intermediary variables of industrial integration development,but also form linkage with industrial integration development to jointly promote the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas;(3) The governance ability of grassroots organizations and the management mode of collective economy are related to the development of rural collective economy and affect the driving effect of collective economy on the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.For areas with weak governance,the role of new rural collective economy in promoting common prosperity can be given full play in areas with effective governance.Compared with the "collective platform" operation mode,the "group development" operation mode is a relatively more effective model choice.(4) The performance evaluation of rural collective property system reform shows that the new rural collective economy can effectively prevent polarization and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and is an effective way and an important driving force to achieve the longterm goal of common prosperity.Therefore,we should continue to deepen the reform of rural collective property rights system and innovate collective economic management mode;Promoting the integrated development of rural industries,giving full play to the linkage effect of collective economy and industrial integrated development;Continue to improve the governance structure of rural grassroots organizations and modernize their governance systems and capabilities.更多还原
