【摘要】 在区域协调发展背景下,以县域为单元的地区合作已成为地区经济持续增长的基本选择。本文扩展出了一个以县域为基本单元的产出、贸易与增长模型,探讨县域合作促进地区经济增长的理论机制。研究发现,县域合作能够通过减少非自然贸易壁垒提高地区贸易开放度,促进县域经济增长;县域规模越大,县域经济稳态收入水平越高;县域合作促使地区间贸易开放度越一致,越能提高县域经济的稳态收入和缩小因规模差距带来的县域经济收入差距。研究建议,进一步优化区域经济空间格局以扩大县域经济规模,打破和消除县域之间的行政壁垒,以合作促进地区发展,构建城市一县域产业分工与产业关联以缩小县域经济发展差距,构建县域外部经济与生产网络,为县域经济合作提供平台保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of regional coordinated development,regional cooperation based on counties is the strategic choice for sustained regional economic growth.This study expands a model of output,trade and growth based on counties.It finds that regional cooperation based on counties can promote the growth of county economy by reducing non-natural trade barriers,and narrow counties economic gap caused by the size gap.This paper suggests that policies should optimize the economic spatial pattern of regional economy to improve the income level of county economy,improve multi-dimensional mechanisms to remove barriers that restrict regional cooperation,build the urban-county industrial division of labor and industrial linkages to narrow the gap in the development of county economy,and build the county-level external economy and production network to provide a platform for the county-level economic cooperation.更多还原
