【摘要】 地方高校是社会科普力量的重要组成部分，对提升全民科学素质有着重大的现实意义。科普基地在地方高校科学文化资源的基础上建立，不仅可以发挥社会服务功能，还可以引领科研创新，成为科学文化传播的重要场所。以三峡大学水科学与水工程求索溪科普基地为例，提出了多种具体的实践思路和科普形式，探讨地方高校特色科普基地的构建，旨在与其他高校学习交流、共同进步。更多还原

【Abstract】 Science popularization is of practical significance for improving the scientific quality of the the entire population.Local colleges and universities is an indispensible part of this science popularization force.On the basis of the scientific and cultural resources of local colleges and universities,science popularization bases could develop its functions of serving society,lead scientific research innovation,and become an important place for science and culture communication.We take the Qiusuoxi science popularization base of water science and water engineering in Three Gorges University as an example to illustrtate a variety of practical ideas and forms of science popularization.We hope to exchange ideas and communicate with other colleges and universities on the construction of science popularization base.更多还原
