一种铂电阻温度变送器的研制

【摘要】 针对油田油井采油过程参数在线监测系统的需求,设计了测量抽油井采油管线温度参数的智能温度变送器。该变送器采用STM32微控制器作为整个系统的控制核心,在线监测采油管道温度信息,将监测到的温度参数送入附近的控制室进行集中显示,实现参数超限报警。着重介绍了温度变送器电源管理、温度信号采集放大、环境温度采集、电池电压采集、复位、通信等关键模块的设计,给出了系统软件设计方案。该变送器具有人性化程度高、使用简单、可靠性好、温度测量精度高、通信可靠的特点,易于集成到现有的在线监测系统中。

【Abstract】 According to the monitoring requirement of on-line monitoring system for oil well production process parameters, the paper introduces a platinum resistance temperature transmitter designed to measure the temperature parameters of the oil well production pipeline. The transmitter adopts STM32 microcontroller as the control core of the whole system to monitor the temperature information,send the monitored temperature parameters to the nearby control room for centralized display, and realize the parameter overrun alarm.The paper designs system power management, temperature signal acquisition and amplification, ambient temperature acquisition, battery voltage acquisition, reset, communication. The paper provides a system software design plan. The transmitter has some advantages of high humanization, simple use, good reliability, high accuracy of temperature measurement and reliable communication. It is easy to integrate into the existing on-line monitoring system.
