柔性集成化微针生物传感器研究

【摘要】 人体内葡萄糖和酒精浓度对人体健康起到重要的影响,针对上述两个问题,开发了一种新型的柔性集成式微针传感器。聚酰亚胺(PI)固化后的柔性微针薄膜可很好地贴合人体皮肤表面,同时将四电极整合为一个系统,使得传感器集成化、微型化、简易便携,且更易应用于人体,而微针阵列可实现穿透人体皮肤角质层监测,并且增大了传感器的传感表面积。本文利用该传感器成功地监测了类人体汗液和类组织液内葡萄糖和酒精浓度变化,同时进行了仿人体透皮穿透实验,使该传感器的检测效果得到初步验证,证明其在人体监测中的现实可行性。

【Abstract】 Concentration of glucose and alcohol in human body plays an important role in human health, a new flexible integrated microneedle sensor is developed, aiming at above two problems.The flexible microneedle film cured by polyimide(PI)fits well on the surface of human skin, and at the same time, integrates the four electrodes into one system, which makes the sensor integration, miniaturization, simple, portable and easy to be applied to human body.The microneedle array can realize monitoring by penetrating stratum corneum of human skin and increase the sensing surface area of the sensor.The sensor is used to successfully monitor the changes of glucose and alcohol concentration in humanoid perspiration and tissue like fluid, and at the same time, the humanoid transdermal penetration experiment is carried out, which preliminarily verifies the detection effect of the sensor and proves its realistic feasibility in human monitoring.
