用于脉冲电源模块的数据采集与管理系统设计

【摘要】 采用程序开发软件图形编程语言和典型数据库平台,设计了紧凑型脉冲电源模块的数据采集与管理系统。数据采集模块通过底层函数架构实现实时监测脉冲电源模块的运行状态,记录实验信息,采集并保存脉冲电源模块充、放电过程中的电压和电流波形,并同步上传至数据库;数据管理模块采用ODBC方式连接开发软件和数据库平台,实现对实验信息和实验数据的分类归档,执行实验数据查询、实验结果的分析比对等操作。实验结果表明,该系统能够连续采集脉冲电源的运行数据,保存采集数据,并同步上传于数据库进行管理,对脉冲电源模块的维护管理具有实用价值。

【Abstract】 A data acquisition and management system of the compact pulse power module is designed by using program development software graphic programming language and database platform.The data acquisition module realizes real-time monitoring of the operating status of the pulse power module through the underlying function architecture, records experimental information, acquires and saves the voltage and current waveforms during the charging and discharging of the pulse power module, and uploads them to the database simultaneously.The data management module connects development software and database platform through ODBC to realize the classification and archiving of experimental information and experimental data, and perform the operations of experimental data query and analysis and comparison of experimental results.The experimental results show that the system can continuously collect the operation data of the pulse power supply, save the collected data and upload it to the database for management simultaneously, which is of practical value for the maintenance and management of the pulse power supply module.
