异质金属构件埋深缺陷正交激励脉冲涡流检测探头
Orthogonal-excitation pulsed eddy current testing probe for buried defects in layered metallic hetero-component
【摘要】 提出一种基于平面电流线圈的正交激励脉冲涡流(OPEC)检测探头,在仿真分析所提探头检测信号对多层异质金属构件(LMH)埋深缺陷响应特性的同时,提出相关信号特征及缺陷定量评估方法。搭建了LMH脉冲涡流检测平台,进一步实验探究基于OPEC检测的埋深缺陷可视化定量检测方法。仿真和实验结果均表明了所提检测探头、信号特征及定量评估方法在LMH构件埋深缺陷定量检测中的有效性和优势性。
【Abstract】 An orthogonal-excitation pulsed eddy current(OPEC)testing probe is proposed based on planar current coils.The proposed probe testing signal to response characteristics of layered metallic hetero-component(LMH) buried defects are analyzed through simulations, the relevant signal feature and defect quantitative evaluation method are proposed at the same time.The testing platform of OPEC for LMH is built up.Further experiments are used to investigate the visual quantitative detection method for buried defects based on OPEC testing.The simulations and experimental results indicate the applicability and superiority of the proposed probe, signal feature and quantitative evaluation method for quantitative testing of buried defects in LMH.
