基于中医机器人平台的脉诊技术研究

【摘要】 中医脉诊的客观化即把中医师主观上对脉象的感知转换为客观上数字化的脉象信号,有利于中医的传承发展和诊断标准的统一,同时有助于实现脉象的远程诊断。针对现有脉象仪需要去特定场合进行诊断,或者计算能力和存储能力受限的问题,研发了基于家庭中医机器人平台的脉象采集和分析系统,该系统采用机械加压方式采集不同压力下的脉象信号,将采集到的数据传至云服务器,云服务器对脉象信号进行分析并下发诊断结果,结合以往数据来分析疾病趋势,这样可以针对每个患者进行个体化的信息记录,实现以病人为中心的治疗。

【Abstract】 The objectification of TCM pulse diagnosis is the transformation of the subjective sensing of pulse of the TCM doctor into objective digital pulse signal, which facilitates the development of TCM inheritance and the unification of diagnostic standards, while helping to achieve remote diagnosis of the pulse. Existing pulse instruments need specific occasions for diagnosis, or have limited computing power and storage capacity. In response to these problems, a pulse acquisition and analysis system based on the household TCM robot platform is developed. The system adopts mechanical pressurization to collect pulse signals at different pressures and transmits the collected data to a cloud server, which analyzes the pulse signals, issues diagnostic results, previous data and analyze disease trends combining. In this way, individual information can be recorded for each patient to achieve patient-centered treatment.
