甘蔗渣发酵制取乙醇温度模糊控制研究

【摘要】 甘蔗渣发酵制取乙醇过程中温度控制通常为数字PID控制,为了达到更高的控制要求,加入模糊控制规则,构成Fuzzy-PID控制器,通过Matlab仿真对这两种控制方法的性能指标进行对比,证明了Fuzzy-PID比普通PID控制系统的上升、调节时间短,稳态误差小,提高了发酵过程的动、静态性能指标。使用STEP 7-Micro/WIN软件进行PLC的温度控制程序编程,在同等条件下使用PID和Fuzzy-PID的实验对比,折线图直观对比出Fuzzy-PID的超调量比PID控制降低35%,调节时间缩短20%,有更良好的鲁棒性,之后经反复调试系统,可知在35 s左右系统可稳定设定温度,控制效果符合工艺设计要求。

【Abstract】 In order to achieve higher control requirements,fuzzy control rules are added to constitute Fuzzy-PID controller,and the performance indicators of these two control methods are compared through Matlab simulation,which proves that Fuzzy-PID is shorter than the rise and adjustment time of ordinary PID control system,and the steady-state error is small,which improves the dynamic and static performance indicators of the fermentation process. Using STEP 7-Micro/WIN software for PLC temperature control program programming,under the same conditions to use PID and Fuzzy-PID experimental comparison,the line chart intuitively compared Fuzzy-PID overshoot 35% lower than PID control,adjustment time shortened by 20% has better robustness,and then after repeated debugging of the system. In about 35 s,the system can stably set the temperature,and the control effect meets the process design requirements.
