碳酸盐碱土排水沟溶陷破坏防治试验研究

【摘要】 采用石灰掺拌压实法、磷石膏掺拌压实法及研发的固化技术整体铺筑法,进行了碳酸盐碱土排水沟溶陷破坏防治对比试验研究。结果表明:综合分析护砌后表面冲刷程度、开裂程度、塌陷等因素,整体效果为固化剂法>磷石膏法>石灰法;其中固化剂法中配比7.5%的方案为防溶陷效果最优;施工过程中,掺拌后的垫层、面层含水率是重要控制参数,宜在13%~15%,此时的冲蚀程度最低。成果可为吉林西部盐碱土渠道溶陷破坏防治提供参考。

【Abstract】 A comparative experimental study is conducted on the prevention and control of karst collapse in carbonate alkali soil drainage ditches using lime mixing compaction method, phosphogypsum mixing compaction method, and the developed solidification technology overall paving method.The results show that after comprehensive analysis of factors such as surface erosion, cracking, and collapse after masonry, the overall effect, from best to worse, is as follow, curing agent method, phosphogypsum method and lime method.The solution with a ratio of 7.5% in the curing agent method has the best anti settlement effect.During the construction process, the water content of the mixed cushion and surface layer is an important control parameter, which should be between 13% and 15%.At this time, the degree of erosion is the lowest.The results can provide reference for the prevention and control of karst collapse in saline alkali soil channels in western Jilin.
