【摘要】 脑在现代中医藏象理论中有重要地位，脑为髓之海、元神之府、神明之舍，主统精神意识、思维情感和感觉运动等。本文针对传统的中医理论中对脑的认识定位不明、脑病理论指导临床相对滞后的现状，以中医经典理论为指导，结合现代中医临床脑病辨证治疗的研究成果，在总结脑的基本生理功能特点和病理演变规律的基础上，提出脑府“以藏为本，以通为用”的创新观点。本文还针对脑病共性的病因病机特征，提出脑病的基本治疗大法为“以通为补”,病理机转的关键在于“寓通于藏”,提高治疗效果的抓手为“体用兼顾”。更多还原

【Abstract】 The brain plays an important role in the visceral manifestation theory of Traditional Chinese medicine.The brain is the sea of the marrow, the house of the primordial spirit and the house of the mental activity.It mainly governs the spiritual consciousness, thinking emotion and sensorimotor, etc.In view of the current situation that the cognition and orientation of brain in TCM theory is unclear and the clinical guidance of encephalopathy theory is relatively lagging behind, under the guidance of classical TCM,this paper summarizes the basic physiological function characteristics and pathological evolution rules of brain and puts forward an innovative viewpoint: the brain is “take storage as the foundation and represented by function”.According to the common etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of encephalopathy, the basic treatment of encephalopathy is “tonifying by obstruction-removing therapy”,the key to pathological transition is “removing by tonifying method” and the core of improving therapeutic effect is “taking both noumenon and presentation into account”.更多还原
