【摘要】 本文介绍了邓中甲教授基于精气理论治疗去势抵抗性前列腺癌经验。邓教授经过多年实践在治疗去势抵抗性前列腺癌方面积累了丰富的临床经验，治疗中注重调节精气的生成、转化与输布，抓住去势抵抗性前列腺癌不同时期病证特点，判断精气的有余和不足、三焦的气化有余和不及以及痰瘀毒等病理产物的不同，将去势抵抗性前列腺癌总结为“阴精亏虚、热毒壅滞”“精气亏虚、阴寒凝结”及“精气阻滞，湿瘀互结”三大临床类型，分别采取辛甘滋肾、苦寒折降，甘温益肾、辛温散结，辛润通络、化湿行瘀等治法，取得较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduces Professor Deng Zhongjia’s experience in the treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer based on the theory of Essence and Qi.Professor Deng has accumulated rich clinical experience after many years of practice in the treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer, he focuses on regulating the generation, transformation and delivery of Essence and Qi, and grasps the characteristics of castration-resistant prostate cancer in different periods to judge excess or deficiency of Essence and Qi in the Three-Jiao,and the difference in pathological products such as Phlegm, Blood stasis and Toxin.Based on the theory of Essence and Qi of traditional Chinese medicine, Professor Deng summarized castration-resistant prostate cancer as three common clinical types: “deficiency of Yin Essence, stagnation of Heat and Toxin”“deficiency of Essence and Qi, condensation of Yin and Cold” and “blocking of Essence and Qi, mutual condensation of Dampness and Stasis”.In the treatment, the methods of supplementing the Kidney with Pungent Sweetness, reducing the loss of bitter Cold; Sweet-warm benefiting the Kidney, Pungent-warm dispersing the nodules, as well as Pungent-moistening and unblock collaterals, resolving dampness and removing blood stasis were adopted respectively, achieving better results.更多还原
