Zn掺杂CuBi2O4的合成及热变色性质
Synthesis and Thermochromic Properties of Zn-doped CuBi2O4
【摘要】 通过共沉淀法合成了尖晶石结构Cu1-xZnxBi2O4(x=0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7)可逆热致变色无机材料,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、紫外可见近红外吸收光谱(UV-vis-NIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对其结构和热致变色性质进行了研究。通过X射线衍射数据以及振动光谱技术,分析了不同掺杂成分相纯度和结构的演变。样品的颜色在室温状态下显示出从深褐色到淡黄色的转变,具有应用于变色测温的潜力。
【Abstract】 Spinel structure Cu1-xZnxBi2O4(x=0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7) were synthesized by co-precipitation method, which show reversible thermochromic property. It’s structure and properties were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared spectroscopy(UV-vis-NIR), and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The phase purity and structure evolution of different doping components were analyzed by X-ray diffraction data and vibration spectroscopy. The color of samples shows a change from dark brown to light yellow at room temperature, with potential applications in measuring temperature via color change.
